List of Ingredients
beef cuts, cut across the grain, 1inch wide x 1/4inch thick
1/4 - 1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. hickory salt or 3 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. pepperRecipe
Mix all ingredients together. Then add meat.
Refrigerate at least 12 hours, turning several times.
Drain and place strips on dehydrator trays.
Dry to dehydrater's manufacturing instructions.
Tip: Try using plastic bag for marinating the meat.
It is easier to turn and you don't have to uncover this way.
