2 cups cored and cut up tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 small chopped onion
salt to tasteRecipe
Puree in a blender/processor. Cook until thickened.
Cook over low heat in a covered saucepan 15 to 20 minutes.
Spread on plastic sheets and dry according to manufacturer's
directons.
Or spread on a cookie sheet or tray lined with plastic wrap and
bake at 140 degrees F. Makes 8 servings.
