Fish - Baked Parmesan Perch

List of Ingredients
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried basil
1 lb. perch fish fillets, or fish fillets of your choice
1 tbsp. melted butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 500. Coat a baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, paprika and basil.
Brush fish fillets with butter.
Dip into the crumb mixture.
Place in baking pan and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
