Cookie - Chocolate Cocoa Chip Cookies

List of Ingredients
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. Splenda sugar substitute
1 large egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts, optional
** 2 tbsp. water if dough is dry
Recipe
In a medium bowl, beat together the oil, Splenda and egg. Set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients, and then add to the egg mixture. Blend well.
**Add the water if needed and let stand for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375. Coat a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1" apart, onto the baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 8 minutes.
Makes 36 one cookie servings.
