    DressingSalad - Curried Chicken Salad with Grapes

    List of Ingredients

    3 c . cooked chicken, cubed

    1 1/2 c. red or green grapes, halved

    1/2 c. celery, sliced

    2 tbsp. scallions, sliced

    1/2 c. red bell pepper, diced

    3/4 c. low fat mayonnaise

    2 tbsp. orange juice

    1 tsp. curry powder

    freshly ground pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, scallions and the pepper together in a bowl.

    Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl and whisk together until smooth.

    Toss the dressing with the salad and serve.

    Makes 6 servings.
