    Dessert - Crepes

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup fat-free milk
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1 tablespoon margarine, melted
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Vegetable cooking spray

    Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray, in
    small bowl; beat until smooth (batter will be thin).
    Spray 8-inch crepe pan or small skillet with cooking
    spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Pour scant 1/4 cup
    batter into pan, tilting to coat bottom evenly with batter.
    Cook over medium heat until browned on the bottom,
    2 to 3 minutes. Turn crepe and cook until browned on the
    other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
    Yield: 4 servings
