    Dessert - Dirt Cups

    List of Ingredients

    2 c. cold milk
    1 3oz. pkg. instant sugar free chocolate pudding mix
    1 8oz. container frozen whipped topping light, thawed, (3 1/2 c.)
    1 16oz. pkg. sugar free chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, divided in half

    Recipe

    Need 8oz. paper or plastic cups.
    Pour milk into bowl and add the pudding mix.
    Beat with wire whisk about 2 minutes, until well blended.
    Let pudding stand 5 minutes.
    Very gently, stir whipped topping and 1/2 of the crushed cookies into the pudding, with rubber spatula, until mixture is all the same color.
    Place about 1 tbsp. of the remaining crushed cookies into bottom of each cup.
    Fill cups about 3/4 full with pudding mixture.
    Top each cup with the rest of the crushed cookies.
    Refrigerate about 1 hour, until set.
    Add decorations, if you wish.
    Makes 8 servings.
