List of Ingredients
1 1/4 c. orange segments
1 small sliced banana, (about 4oz.)
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened as available)
Recipe
Combine the fruits and the juice together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with coconut at serving time.
Makes 2 cups or 4 servings.
