DressingSalad - Fruited Shrimp Salad

List of Ingredients
3 c. water
1 lb. large unpeeled shrimp
1 16oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 11oz. can mandarin oranges in juice, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Bibb lettuce leaves
Recipe
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the shrimp, and cook 3 - 5 minutes.
Drain well and rinse with cold water. Chill.
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Combine the shrimp, pineapple, mandarin oranges, celery, mayonnaise, and lemon juice together, tossing gently.
Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
