1 medium whole, peeled/pitted ripe mango,
...(approximately 12 ounces)
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 1/4 cups club soda
2 ice cubes
Recipe
Puree the mango in a blender/food processor.
Add the orange juice and lime juice.
Blend until smooth.
Add the soda and ice cubes.
Blend just enough to mix and crush the ice.
Serve immediately.
Makes 3, 1 cup servings.
