DressingSalad - Marinated Cucumbers

1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons warm water
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of paprika
pinch of freshly ground pepper
1 medium sliced cucumber, peeled
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Combine the vinegar, warm water, sugar, salt, paprika,
and pepper in a medium bowl.
Add the cucumber and onion.
Toss to mix.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours for the flavors to blend,
stirring occasionally.
Drain the liquid and sprinkle with chopped parsley at serving
time. Makes 4 servings.
