Fish - Marinated Spiced Fish

List of Ingredients
1 pound frozen fish such as cod, salmon, catfish,
...swordfish, flounder, cut into 4 pieces,
...let defrost in refrigerator overnight
for the marinade:
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon white pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced green onions
Recipe
Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a bowl large
enought to hold the fish and the marinade. Add the fish
to the bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30
minutes.
Drain fish. Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray and lay
the fish on. Preheat oven to broil and broil for 4 - 5 minutes.
Turn and broil for another 4 - 5 minutes.
