2 7oz. chopped milk chocolate bars
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. dark raisins
Recipe
Line bottom of an 8x8x2" pan with aluminum foil. Smooth out the wrinkles.
Microwave chocolate in a microwave safe bowl at high power, until melted.
Be sure to check every 30 seconds to see if it is melting. Stir until smooth.
Mix cereal and raisins into chocolate until well combined.
Spread evenly intp pan and refrigerate about 2 hours or until mixture is firm.
Invert pan onto a work surface. Remove pan and peel off aluminum foil.
Cut into 54 squares and serve.
Squares can be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
