1 cup part skim Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup low fat or 1%, cottage cheese
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons slivered almonds, optional
Recipe
You will need a blender or food processor with
a metal blade. Place all everything, except the nuts,
into the blender/food processor and whip. Pour
into individual serving dishes or one larger bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Top with nuts, if
desired.
