    AppetizerDip - Mushroom Pate

    List of Ingredients

    1 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    1/2 lb. finely minced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. finely minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 tbsp. light salad dressing or mayonnaise

    Recipe

    Melt the butter light in a medium frying pan over
    a medium heat.
    Add the mushrooms and onion.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and pepper.
    Cook until the liquid has evaporated, about 15 minutes,
    stirring often.
    Let cool.
    Stir in the salad dressing.
    Pack the warm pate in a bowl or mold sprayed with cooking
    spray.
    Cover tightly and chill for at least 2 hours.
    Invert and tap the bottom to unmold.
    Makes 1 cup or 8 servings.
