Fish - Shrimp Scampi

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons minced parsley
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
In a large heavy frying pan, over a medium/high heat, heat the oil
and butter. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the
white wine and raise the heat to high.
Add the shrimp and saute for 3 minutes until shrimp turns
pink. Add the parsley and red pepper flakes.
