    Casserole - Turkey Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 lb. elbow pasta, cooked al dente to pkg. directions

    1/2 lb. ground turkey

    1/4 c. chopped onion

    1 minced garlic clove

    1/2 c. tomato sauce

    1/2 tsp. dried thyme

    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

    1/4 tsp. salt

    pepper to Taste

    1/2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350. Coat an 8x8x2" casserole dish or a baking pan with non stick cooking spray.

    Place the turkey, onion and garlic in a large non stick frying pan.

    Cook until the meat is browned.

    Drain off any fat.

    Stir in the macaroni, tomato sauce, thyme, cinnamon, salt and pepper.

    Pour into the casserole dish.

    Sprinkle the top with the cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Makes 4 servings.
