Casserole - Turkey Divan

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked turkey breast , or chicken, (12oz.)
2 c. broccoli florets, cooked to crisp tender
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. low salt chicken broth
3/4 c. fat free 1/2 + 1/2 or fat free milk
1/4 c. dry white wine or unsweetened apple juice
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. dried savory leaves
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
2 - 3 pinches ground nutmeg
1 c. shredded, fat free Swiss cheese, (4oz.)
salt, cayenne, and white pepper
3 - 4 tbsp. unseasoned bread crumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Need a 10x6x2" baking dish.
Place the turkey and broccoli in the bottom of the baking dish.
Use a medium frying pan to saute the onion in the butter light for 2 - 3 minutes, until tender.
Whisk the flour and chicken broth together until smooth.
Stir the flour mixture into the onions in the frying pan, along with the 1/2 + 1/2 and the wine.
Bring to a boil. Continue to boil, until thickened, whisking constantly, for about 1 minute.
Reduce the heat to low.
Add the savory, marjoram, nutmeg and cheese, whisking until the cheese is melted.
Season to taste with the salt, cayenne, and white pepper and pour over the turkey and broccoli in the baking dish.
Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
