    DressingSalad - Waldorf Salad

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups diced apple
    1/2 cup toasted walnuts
    1 cup sliced celery
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    red lettuce leaves

    Recipe

    Combine the apples, nuts, celery, and raisins together
    in a salad bowl.
    In another small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, salt,
    pepper, and lemon juice.
    Toss the dressing with the apple mixture.
    Serve over lettuce leaves.
    Makes 4 servings.
