Vegetable - Asparagus with Dijon Sauce

9 - 12 fresh asparagus spears, (3/4 lb.)
1/2 c. canned reduced sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard or tarragon Dijon mustard
Recipe
Break the woody ends off the asparagus.
Place the asparagus spears in a frying pan.
Pour in the broth.
Cover and steam over a medium heat until
crisp/tender, about 4 minutes.
Remove to a warm serving plate and keep warm.
Add the mustard to the pan.
Increase the heat to high and bring to a boil,
stirring constantly.
Pour the sauce over asparagus.
Makes 4 servings.
