Vegetable - Braised Spinach

2 pounds fresh spinach, washed well
1 teaspoon extra virgin Olive oil
1 small chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon imitation bacon bits
Recipe
Finely chop the spinach.
Use a large frying pan and heat the oil.
Saute onion and garlic until softened.
Add the spinach, pepper, and water.
Cook over a medium heat until tender.
Stir in the lemon juice and garnish with the bacon bits.
