    Vegetable - Carrot Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    2 c. shredded, cooked carrots
    2 tbsp. low fat American cheese (1/2oz.)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    Non stick vegetable cooking spray

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 325. Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole with non stick cooking spray.
    Combine carrots, cheese, egg, milk, salt and pepper.
    Stir well and pour into the casserole dish.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
