Snack - Cheese Chips

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. white flour, reserve 1 tbsp.
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch ground black pepper
pinch curry powder
pinch salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 medium lightly beaten egg
2 tbsp. water
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine remaining white flour, wheat flour, cheese, baking powder, pepper, curry, and salt.
Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Combine egg and water. Stir into flour mixture until it can be gathered into a ball of dough.
Flour board with reserved white flour and knead dough for 5 - 6 strokes.
Roll out to 1/8" thickness and cut into 2" triangles. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 36 chips or 6 servings.
