1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried dill weed
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 325. Place the roast on a rack in a shallow baking dish.
Combine the spices and rub over the meat.
Bake 30 minutes per pound of meat.
