Meat - Dilled Meatballs Over Rice

List of Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 10 3/4oz. can brown gravey
hot cooked rice for 4 serings
Recipe
Use a medium bowl to combine the all ingredients except the gravy and hot rice.
Blend together. Shape 20 meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs in a 10" glass pie plate. Cover loosely with wax paper.
Microwave for 4 - 5 minutes, re-arranging the meatballs and rotating the plate halfway through the cooking time.
Drain off the fat.
Pour the gravy over the meatballs.
Replace the wax paper cover, and microwave for 2 - 3 minutes longer, until the meatballs are done and the gravy is heated through.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes, before serving over the hot cooked rice.
