Meat - Goulash with Green Peppers

May be served over hot cooked noodles or rice that has been cooked with out salt and fat. (Check an exchanges list for values on noodles and rice.)
List of Ingredients
1 lb. lean, boneless chuck roast,
...trimmed of fat and cut into 1 1/2" cubes
non stick vegetable cooking spray
2 medium chopped onions
1 c. water
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 small chopped green pepper
Recipe
Coat a Dutch oven type pan with non stick cooking spray.
Brown the roast over a medium heat.
Add the onion, and continue to cook over a medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes or until the onion is tender.
Add water, paprika, bouillon granules, and the green pepper, stirring well.
Cover and cook over a low heat for 2 hours or until the meat is very tender.
Makes 4 servings.
