Meat - Herb Baked Chicken

List of Ingredients
1 cup non fat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons dried dill weed,
...or 2 tablespoons freshly chopped
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon aniseed
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 boneless skinless breasts,
...approximately 2 pounds
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken, together
in a shallow glass container, or a large resealable plastic
bag, and mix well.
Add the chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning once.
Drain and discard marinade.
Place the chicken on a rack over a greased 15x10x1 inch
baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F., for 25 - 30 minutes or
until the juices run clear.
Makes 8 servings.
