    Meat - Herb Pepper Steak

    List of Ingredients

    2 tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed basil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ground cardamom, optional
    1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin steak, 1" thick
    fresh rosemary for garnish, optional
    grilled sweet peppers, optional

    Recipe

    In a small bowl, stir together the catsup, pepper, rosemary, basil, garlic
    powder, and cardamom.
    Coat both sides of the steak with the catsup/herb mixture.
    Broil in oven or grill to desired doneness, turning occassionally.
    Cut into 6 pieces.
    Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve with grilled sweet peppers, if
    desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
