Sandwich - Hot Sauerkraut + Cheese Sandwich

List of Ingredients
2 slices toasted rye bread
2 tsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1/4 c. sauerkraut, drained and well rinsed
1/4 c. thinly sliced cabbage, or more sauerkraut
1/2 medium sliced tomato
4 ounces sliced low fat Mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Spread the toast with the butter light.
Mix the sauerkraut and cabbage and divide on top of both slices.
Place the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with the cheese.
Broil 6" from the heat source for 3 - 4 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
