Vegetable - Lemon Green Beans

List of Ingredients
1 1/4 lb. fresh green beans, stems trimmed and rinsed
2 tsp. olive oil
2 thinly sliced garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. dried parsley
Recipe
Place green beans in a a medium frying pan.
Cover with cold water and bring to a boil over a medium/high heat.
Reduce heat to medium, and cook for 2 minutes, then drain. set asode and keep warm.
Add the oil to the frying pan.
Using a medium heat, add the garlic and saute garlic about 4 minutes, until soft, but not browned. Stir often.
Return green beans to pan, add salt, lemon juice, and parsley.
Stir to combine and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes until beans are crisp tender or to desired consistency. Stir frequently.
