1 large finely sliced red onion
2 - 3/4 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. + pinch dried coriander
1 chopped tomato
1 finely chopped jalapeno chili
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
Season to taste.
Cover and set aside at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
