List of Ingredients
6 fresh medium ripe peaches, about 2 pounds
2 tablespoons almond flavored liqueur
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
3/4 cup quick cooking oats, uncooked
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar substitute
3 tablespoons I Can't Belive It's Not Butter Light,
chilled and cut into small pieces
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 375. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish
or deep glass pie pan with butter flavor cooking spray.
Peel, pit, and slice the peaches. Put in a large bowl.
There should be about 6 cups.
Add the liqueur, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Spoon the mixture into the baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the oats, flour, and sugar.
Cut in the margarine until crumbly; sprinkle over the peaches.
Bake 30 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the
topping is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
