3 whole wheat, or plain, pita breads
butter flavored cooking spray, or Olive oil
3 - 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning or other dried herbs
Recipe
Separate pita breads into 2 halves.
Stack pita halves in a pile.
Cut into 8 wedges.
Arrange wedges, soft side up, in a single layer on jelly roll pan.
Spray generously with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake at 425 for 5 - 10 minutes, until pita wedges are brown and crisp.
Make 6 - 8 servings.
