PiePastry - Pumpkin Pie #2

List of Ingredients
2 6oz. pkgs. sugar free, cook type vanilla pudding, (not instant)
2 packets sugar substitute
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
pinch nutmeg
1 12oz. can evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 baked pie shell
Recipe
ombine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until it comes to a full rolling boil.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Pour into the pie shell.
Let cool, then keep refrigerated until served.
