Vegetable - Sauteed Dilly Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
1 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
2 c. sliced white mushrooms, (8oz.)
1 red or yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Recipe
Melt the butter light in a large non stick frying pan over a medium heat.
Saute the mushrooms, pepper strips, and garlic until the mushrooms are tender and the liquid has evaporated, about 5 - 7 minutes.
Stir in the mustard, dill, and pepper.
Toss to coat and the let heat through.
Makes 2 cups or 4 servings.
