Meat - Seasoned Turkey Cutlets

1 pound turkey breast cutlets
2 teaspoonss freshly minced garlic
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
4 teaspoos red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/4 cup flour
butter flavor cooking spray
1/2 cup reduced sodium, fat free chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
Combine the garlic, poultry seasoning and vinegar in a resealable plastic bag.
Add the turkey cutlets and let marinate for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
Mix the salt, pepper and flour together in a shallow bowl.
Coat both sides of cutlets with the flour mixture.
Coat a large frying pan with cooking spray.
Place half the breaded cutlets in the pan.
Use a medium/high heat and cook until browned on bottom.
Flip and cook the other side until cooked through.
Remove cutlets to a warming platter and repeat with the other cutlets.
Use a small saucepan to combine the broth and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil and continue cooking until reduced in half.
Pour the sauce mixture over the cutlets and serve immediately.
