Recipe Introduction
An alternative to jams or jellies on toast or a bagel.
List of Ingredients
1 1/4 c. cold unsweetened apple juice
1 3.4oz. pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Recipe
Combine the apple juice and the pudding mix together in a bowl.
Blend for 2 minutes.
Stir in the pumpkin and the spices.
Let set for 5 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Makes 3 cups.
