List of Ingredients
3 c. canned undrained tomatoes, whole broken up or chef's cut/diced
1/2 c. minced celery
1 tbsp. minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt to taste
2 tsp. I can't believe it not butter light
2 tsp. Sugar Twin or Splenda sugar substitute
1 dash ground black pepper
Recipe
Using a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook over medium/low heat until celery is tender, about 10 minutes.
Continue to simmer until the liquid is cooked down to desired consistency.
Stir frequently while cooking.
Makes 4 servings.
