List of Ingredients
4 c. strawberries, cut in halves
1/2 c. frozen white grape juice concentrate, thawed
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin (1 1/2 envelopes)
Recipe
Place the strawberries in a large saucepan and mash slightly to release the juice.
Add the grape and lemon juices and lemon rind to the saucepan.
Heat to boiling.
Sprinkle with the unflavored gelatin.
Remove from the heat and skim.
Pour into clean, hot jars, leaving 1/4" at top.
Put on lids and hot water bath for 10 minutes.
Or let cool and pour into tightly sealed freezer containers.
Let set for one week before using.
