Meat - Stroganoffed Turkey

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground lean turkey
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 small chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 pound freshly sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons arrowroot
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup white wine
pinch red cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
Recipe
Brown the meat in a large non stick frying pan, approximately
for 10 minutes. Drain, remove from the pan and keep warm.
Heat the oil in the pan and saute onion and garlic until softened.
Add the mushrooms and cook until the softness you desire.
Stir in the arrowroot, broth, and wine.
Simmer and stir until the sauce thickens.
Add the salt, pepper, poppy seeds and the turkey.
Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occassionaly.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the yogurt.
