Meat - Swedish Meatballs, sauceless

List of Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup low fat 1 percent milk
2 slices white bread, lightly toasted
...crumble ito coarse crumbs
1/2 small minced onion
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pound ground skinless turkey breast meat
1/2 pound lean ground pork
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Recipe
Mix egg with the milk and bread crumbs.
Let set for 5 minutes.
Add the onion, parsley, salt, allspice, and nutmeg and
blend well.
Blend in meats with a fork.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll into 48 meatballs.
Dip meatballs into flour and place on baking sheet.
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non stick frying pan.
Place 1/2 of meatballs in refrigerator.
Brown 1/2 of meatballs, approximately 5 minutes
Cover and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
Place in a warming tray.
Repeat with the other 1/2 meatballs.
Makes 12 servings of 4 meatballs each.
