Vegetable - Sweet Potatoes with Apple

List of Ingredients
4 medium sized sweet potatoes, srubbed
1 tablespoon whipped butter substitute
2 tablespoons unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 medium size apple, peeled and diced
6 whole cloves
dash ground nutmeg
Recipe
Boil potatoes in a saucepan with just enough water to cover.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, until tender.
Remove from water, peel and mash.
Add butter substitute, juice, salt and pepper.
Stir in the apple, cloves and nutmeg.
Place in a baking/serving dish.
Warm in a 350 degrees F oven for 10 minutes before serving.
