    Meat - Turkey + Stuffing Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3 c. leftover or premade boxed stuffing
    2 c. cubed cooked turkey
    1 c. shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese, (4oz.)
    egg substitute equivalent for 3 eggs
    1/2 c. skim milk

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease well a 9" pie pan.
    Press stuffing onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
    Top with the turkey and then the cheese.
    Beat the egg substitute and milk together and pour over top of the cheese.
    Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving. (
    Makes 8 servings.
