1 egg white
1 thin slice wheat bread, torn into small pieces
1 small grated onion
1 pound ground turkey meat
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
salt to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons virgin Olive oil
Recipe
Use a large bowl and lightly beat the egg white.
Place the bread into the egg white and soak for 1 minute.
Add the onion, meat, coriander, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Thoroughly mix together and make into 4 patties.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Cook the patties, using a medium heat, for about 10 minutes
on each side or until cooked through.
Makes 4 servings.
