Vegetable - Yummy Lima Beans

List of Ingredients
1, 10 ounce package frozen baby lima beans
1 cup frozen mixed diced peppers and onions
3/4 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash black pepper
Recipe
Combine beans, peppers, onions and water in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 12 to 14 minutes, until beans are tender.
Drain.
Transfer bean mixture to a medium bowl.
Stir in cheese, oil, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
May be made ahead, cooled and kept refrigerated for
3 to 4 days.
