Cheesy Artichoke Dip
12 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesean cheese
14 ounces artichoke hearts, minced
8 ounces mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients well, and bake at 350 degrees F.
for 20 minutes; more if you would like the cheese
a golden color. Best served with garlic bagel chips.
