I serve this dip in a clean plastic pumpkin at all of our fall church gatherings. It's a nice way to dress up packaged gingersnaps.
List of Ingredients
Gingersnap Dip
1, 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1, 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1, 16 ounce package gingersnaps
Use a small mixing bowl to combine the cream cheese,
sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
Beat in the whipped topping until blended.
Refrigerate until served.
Makes 3 cups.
