    Here is a really good dip for anytime of the year. We really like this on Sunday afternoons while we are watching the races.

    List of Ingredients

    Pizza Dip #2

    1-8 ounce carton non fat cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned)
    1/4 cup sliced green onions
    1/4 cup chopped sweet red peppers
    1/4 cup sliced olives (if you like)
    1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasonings
    cooking spray

    Coat a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray.
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and
    beat on low speed of electric mixer until smooth.
    Spread the cheese mixture pan.
    Combine the tomato sauce and oregano, garlic, and
    cayenne and pour over the cheese mixture in the pan.
    Make layers of artichokes, onion, peppers, cheese
    and olives. Sprinkle with the Italian seasonings.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes
    or until heated through. Serve with no-oil baked
    tortilla chips. Makes 12 servings.

    Per serving: 46 calories, 3.5 g carbs, 4.9 proteins, 6 mg cholesterol,
    189 mg sodium
