Mexican White Cheese Dip

List of Ingredients
1 c. finely shredded cheese, (Monterey Jack, Asadero or Chihuahua)
1 4oz. jar chopped green chilies
1/4 c. half + half
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 serrano pepper, chopped fine, optional
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro, optional Recipe
Place all the ingredients in a double boiler.
Use a medium heat and cook until melted and well blended, stirring occasionally.
