    Salmon Horseradish Dip

    1 15 1/2oz. can pink salmon, drained and picked over
    1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    crisp iceberg or romaine lettuce
    paprika
    crackers
    celery sticks

    Recipe



    Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, salt and garlic powder until smooth.
    Beat in the salmon until blended.
    Arrange the lettuce in a bowl.
    Spoon in the salmon mixture.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve with crackers and celery sticks.
    Makes 6 servings.
